Connecting your LinkedIn Ad account to TrustRadius allows you to build audience segments (Matched Audiences) using TrustRadius intent data. Matched Audiences can be used to create targeted campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager. 


To connect your LinkedIn account:


  1. Navigate to the Integrations hub in the TrustRadius vendor portal: 
    • If you are in the new TrustRadius vendor portal: Click Integrations (lightning bolt icon) in the left-hand navigation menu. 
    • If you are in the legacy vendor portal: Click Try our new vendor portal in the top banner. Click Integrations (lightning bolt icon) in the left-hand navigation menu. 
  2. Click the LinkedIn Matched Audiences card.
  3. Click Connect LinkedIn Ad Account. 
    1. Note: If you do not have access to Connect your LinkedIn Ad Account, please contact your TrustRadius Customer Success Manager.
       
  4. Enter your LinkedIn user credentials. Click Sign In.
  5. Click Allow. This grants LinkedIn permission to connect your Ad Account to TrustRadius.
