TrustRadius activity details use the below format:

[Activity Source] : [Object Categories] : [Activity Description]

Below are the definitions for each of these components of the TrustRadius activity details:

  1. Activity Source
    1. The Activity Source describes why an intent activity is included in your dataset.
    2. There are 3 possible values:
      1. Licensed Product: Indicates that the intent activity includes one of your products under subscription with TrustRadius.
      2. Competitor: Indicates that the intent activity relates to one of your named competitors on TrustRadius. Note: This is only available to TrustRadius customers that have purchased Category intent.
      3. Category: Indicates that the intent activity relates to a category, or a product in a category, for which you have purchased intent. For example, a search result could be labeled Category: Application Performance Management. Note: This is only available to TrustRadius customers that have purchased Category intent.
  2. Object Categories
    1. The Object Categories indicate which categories on TrustRadius the intent activity is associated with.
    2. For an intent activity about one product, the Object Category is the product’s primary category on TrustRadius.
    3. For a comparisonintent activity (which can include 2 or 3 products), there will be multiple Object Categories.
      1. Example: Licensed Product : Enterprise Service Bus : Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) : Viewed a comparison of Mule ESB vs TIBCO Cloud Integration
        1. “Enterprise Service Bus” represents the category for the product, Mule ESB.

    4. For an intent activity about a category, the Object Category is the category being engaged with (also represented in the Activity Description).
  3. Activity Description
    1. The Activity Description is a human readable description of the specific intent activity performed by a visitor from the company.
    2. The description will contain the following parts:
      1. Activity Type (i.e. Viewed, Clicked, Shared, Saved)
      2. Activity Label (i.e. Comparison, Product Listing, Review, Pricing, FAQs)
      3. Object of the activity (i.e. your product name, a competitor’s product name, a category name)
