Statuses for Reviews Requiring Processing
PENDING NEW | New reviews that need to be tagged and processed |
PENDING TAGGED | Tagged reviews that need to be completed and ‘Ignored’ or ‘Promoted’ |
PENDING UPDATED | Updated reviews that need to be tagged and processed |
Action Statuses
PROMOTED | Tag and promote reviews that you would like to have appear in your syndication and TrustQuotes library |
IGNORED | Ignore reviews that you would like ignored in your syndication and TrustQuotes library. *Note: these reviews will still appear on your company’s product listing on TrustRadius and cannot be deleted |
