Customizing the TrustRadius Review Questionnaire
TrustRadius Standard Questions
These questions form the core review questionnaire on TrustRadius.com. The Use Case, Pros, Cons, and Rating questions are all required as the first questions in the review in this order. All other questions can be modified, or substituted for other questions with complete customization available (custom questions are a premium feature). The TrustRadius optional library also provides great options.

| Feature Ratings* | Feature | On a scale of 1-10, how would you rate the following features of this product? |
| Return on Investment | ROI | What positive or negative impact (i.e. Return on Investment or ROI) has this product had on your overall business objectives? |
| Alternatives Evaluated | Alternatives | Which other similar products have you used or evaluated? Explain how this product stacks up against them and why you selected it. |
| Other Software Used | Context | Besides this product, what other software do you regularly use? How likely would you be to recommend it to a friend or colleague? |
