Here’s how to set up a recurring daily update of every new review that has come in, and the next steps to promote.
To start any integration, navigate to the TrustRadius Zapier page
For your app, select “TrustRadius”
For your trigger, select “New Review”
Sign in to TrustRadius with your API key
API keys are located under "Integrations" within "settings" of the vendor portal
Select your event to happen on trigger
For this example, we’ll select email
Select “Send Email”
Sign in to your email account
Add the Digest from Zapier Helper
Click on the little blue plus
Search Digest
Select Append Entry and Schedule Digest
Create your Digest Outline
Add a Headline- “Today’s Reviews from TrustRadius”
Create a body for the message with top-level information
Reviewer Name
Reviewer Company
Review Heading
Review Score
Add a scheduled frequency and time for delivery
Draft the Email Message
Create a recipient
Add a subject
Any additional messaging outside of the digest - suggested next steps for follow up, links to relevant lead and account reporting, etc.
Test your Zap and Continue
After the Zap runs successfully, turn the workflow on to run
