Where can I view my leads?

You can view your leads in 2 ways:

What is a webhook and what can I do with it?

Simply put, webhooks are an easy way to deliver data from one system to another. You can use webhooks to instantly deliver your TrustRadius leads to the platforms you use to manage and take action on leads.

Here’s what you can do with webhooks:

  • Send your TrustRadius leads to CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Set up a Zapier process to automatically post new leads in Slack, send email notifications to your sales team, and more.
  • And more! With this functionality, you can send your leads to any system that accepts data delivered via webhook, so the possibilities are endless.

Will I receive email notifications when new leads come in?

At this time, email notifications are not part of our leads offering. But you can see new leads in the following ways:

  • On the Leads Activity page in the vendor portal.
  • You can set up a webhook to deliver your leads to a third party system, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zapier. From there, you can configure your third party system to send email notifications to your team when new leads come in.

Where can I go if I have questions on leads?

Please check our Leads Knowledgebase for answers to your questions. If you still cannot find an answer to your question, please ask your TrustRadius Customer Success Manager.
