You can leverage HubSpot forms to instantly deliver your TrustRadius leads via webhook to your HubSpot instance

Note: To start collecting leads through TrustRadius, you must have a leads license and enable your lead form.

To send TrustRadius leads to HubSpot, you will first need to set up a HubSpot form:

  1. If you have not already done so, follow the instructions in this article to enable your TrustRadius lead form.
  2. Log in to HubSpot and go to Marketing > Forms.
  3. Click Create Form.

  4. Select “Embedded form” and click Next.
  5. Select “Blank template” and click Start.
  6. Name your form. This will help you attribute leads coming from TrustRadius.
  7. Format your form by adding and removing properties. You can drag properties to the right side of your screen to include them in your form.
    • The properties that you add to your HubSpot form should match the fields in your TrustRadius lead form. This will ensure that any TrustRadius leads delivered to your HubSpot environment will be successfully mapped.
    • If necessary, you can create new properties to match fields from the TrustRadius lead form.
  8. In the form builder, copy the API fields for your form properties to a separate text file. You’ll need this when setting up your webhook in TrustRadius.

In the example below, the API field for the “Last Name” property is lastname.

  9. Click Update and then Publish. In the modal that appears, click the "Embed code” tab. Copy and paste the embed code into the same text file that you pasted your form properties into. You’ll need this when setting up your webhook in TrustRadius.

  10. Go to TrustRadius. Click For Vendors > Access Vendor Portal.

  11. Log into your TrustRadius account.

  12. In the side navigation menu, click Buyers > Leads Webhook.

  13. On the "Other Systems" tab, enter the following information:

    1. Endpoint URL - This will be https://forms.hubspot.com/uploads/form/v2/portal_id/form_guid

      1. Replace “portal_id” with the portal id from the embed code that you generated in HubSpot.

      2. Replace “form_guid” with the form id from the embed code that you generated in HubSpot.
        Format - Select “Form data”

    2. Format - Select “Form Data”

  14. In the "Map lead form fields" section, map your lead form fields to their corresponding fields in HubSpot (This would be the API fields that you copied from the HubSpot form builder). Enter the corresponding field names in the "Destination Field" column.

  15. Once you've completed all required fields, click Save Changes.

  16. To send a test lead, click Send Test Lead. TrustRadius will send a test lead to your HubSpot instance and provide feedback on whether it was delivered successfully or not

Once the webhook is successfully configured, TrustRadius leads will be delivered instantly to your HubSpot environment. You can use HubSpot Workflows to set up automation for incoming TrustRadius leads (e.g. email notification to members of your sales team, adding the lead to existing nurture campaigns, etc).
