You can download dashboard and report data to share with your broader team in order to drive action or track performance of your most important KPIs in working with TrustRadius.


To export dashboard-level data which will include all reports in the dashboard either in a PDF or CSV:


  1. Click the three-dot dashboard menu in the top right corner of the dashboard

  2. Click Download

  3. Choose the format (PDF or CSV)

  4. Click Download


To export report-level data which includes only the selected report card in the dashboard either in a PDF or CSV:

  1. Click the three-dot menu on an individual report card within the dashboard. This feature only shows up once you hover your mouse over the report card itself where you want to download the data from.

  2. Click Download data

  3. Choose the format (PDF or CSV)

  4. Optional: use Advanced data options to change the export to fit your needs

  5. Click Download
