TrustRadius can automatically route intent driven leads to your Integrate instance. In order to do this, please follow these steps:

  1. Create a Source in Integrate with the fields, validations, allowed value lists and suppression lists (if applicable) that you would like to use for your campaign.
  2. Add TrustRadius as a Media Partner to the Source and inform your TrustRadius POC once this is complete. 
    • TrustRadius’ organization name in Integrate is “TrustRadius”
  3. Once TrustRadius has access to the Source, we will set up a webhook to deliver leads to your Integrate instance. We will send a test lead to confirm that everything is working as expected.
