Prerequisites

  • You must have an active subscription for TrustRadius intent. 
  • You must be a ZoomInfo customer and your ZoomInfo package must include Intent.


TrustRadius intent data can be integrated with both ZoomInfo Sales and Marketing platforms. 

  • By integrating your TrustRadius intent data with ZoomInfo's Sales platform, you can focus your outreach on high-value accounts that are researching your products and/or category on TrustRadius. You can also match your TrustRadius intent signals with ZoomInfo's decision-maker contact data. 
  • Integrating TrustRadius intent data with ZoomInfo Marketing enables you to launch fully orchestrated campaigns based on accounts showing downstream intent on TrustRadius. You can take those accounts and use your budget effectively by finding the contacts that matter from those accounts. 


To activate TrustRadius' integration in ZoomInfo, please follow these steps:

  1. Generate a ZoomInfo API key (token). Copy the API key.
  2. Log into the TrustRadius vendor portal
  3. Navigate to the Integrations hub: 
    • If you are in the new TrustRadius vendor portal: Click Integrations (lightning bolt icon) in the left-hand navigation menu. 
    • If you are in the legacy vendor portal: Click Try our new vendor portal in the top banner. Click Integrations (lightning bolt icon) in the left-hand navigation menu. 
  4. Click the ZoomInfo card.
  5. Click Continue to integration (top right).
  6. Paste your ZoomInfo API key in the "API Key" field. Click Connect. (If you do not have a ZoomInfo API key, please follow the steps in this article.)
  7. A success message will be displayed once your API key has been validated. Your TrustRadius intent data will start flowing from TrustRadius to ZoomInfo. When the integration is initially configured, TrustRadius will send 90 days' worth of intent data to your ZoomInfo instance. Thereafter, TrustRadius will send intent data to ZoomInfo on a daily basis for the previous day.
