Prerequisites

  • You must have an active subscription for TrustRadius intent. 
  • You must be a ZoomInfo customer and your ZoomInfo package must include Intent.


By integrating your TrustRadius intent data with ZoomInfo's SalesOS platform, you can focus your outreach on high-value accounts that are researching your products and/or category on TrustRadius. You can also match your TrustRadius intent signals with ZoomInfo's decision-maker contact data. 


Note: The TrustRadius integration is currently available for ZoomInfo's SalesOS platform only. It is not available for MarketingOS at this time.


To activate TrustRadius' integration in ZoomInfo, you must first generate a ZoomInfo API key. Note: You must be an administrator of your ZoomInfo account to generate an API key.:

  1. Log into ZoomInfo.
  2. Click the grid icon in the top right corner. Click AdminPortal.
  3. Click Integrations in the left-hand navigation menu. 
  4. Search for "TrustRadius." On the TrustRadius card, click Generate Token.
  5. Click Copy to Clipboard to copy the generated API key (token). You are now ready to configure the integration. Please follow the steps in this article to activate the integration.
