Accessing your Company Profile and the Vendor Portal
If you work for a software vendor that is currently listed on TrustRadius, or you wish to have your company listed on TrustRadius there are several steps you can take to gain access to your profile.
I have an existing TrustRadius account BUT do not have access to my company’s profile
- On TrustRadius, click on Vendor solutions in the header and click Vendor Portal login (or go directly to https://vendor.trustradius.com/)
- Log in using your existing account credentials (see this article for assistance logging in)
- If you do not have access to your company’s profile, you will see a screen directing you to request access. Click Claim your profile:
- You will be directed to the Request Access form. You can request access to 1) an existing company profile, or 2) to set up a new company on TrustRadius.
- You can find requirements for listing your company on TrustRadius here.
- Submit your access request.
- Your request will be reviewed by the TrustRadius team, and once reviewed you will receive an approval or rejection email.
I do not have a TrustRadius account and want to access my company’s profile
- On TrustRadius, click on Vendor solutions in the header and click Vendor Portal login (or go directly to https://vendor.trustradius.com/)
- Ensure you are using the Sign Up tab and enter your information (see “How to Register on TrustRadius” above)
- Once you have created your account, follow the instructions in “I have an existing TrustRadius account BUT do not have access to my company’s profile”
