How to Register and Log In to Your TrustRadius User Account

Welcome to TrustRadius! Whether you're researching software, writing a review about your favorite tool, or a software vendor trying to access your account, this guide will walk you through the process of registration and login. We’ll also cover common troubleshooting tips to help resolve any issues.

How to Register on TrustRadius

If you do not yet have an account, you can register on TrustRadius using one of the following two methods:

  1. Using a Business Email and Password

    • On TrustRadius, click on the Sign Up button in the top-right corner or click here.

    • Enter your business email address, a secure password, your first name, and last name

    • Click Sign Up.

    • Check your email for a verification link and click on it to verify your account.

    • Once your account is verified, you will be redirected to login. Use the Log In tab to access your account.

  2. Using LinkedIn

    • On TrustRadius, click on the Sign Up button in the top-right corner or click here.

    • Click on the Sign Up with LinkedIn button.

    • Log in to your LinkedIn account when prompted.

    • Authorize TrustRadius to access your LinkedIn profile.

    • You will be redirected back to TrustRadius.





How to Log In to Your TrustRadius Account

  1. Logging in with Email and Password

    • On TrustRadius, click on the Log In button in the top-right corner or click here.

    • Enter your registered business email address and password.

    • Click Log In.

  2. Logging in with LinkedIn

    • On TrustRadius, click on the Log In button in the top-right corner or click here.

    • Click on Sign in with LinkedIn.

    • If prompted, enter your LinkedIn credentials and authorize access.

    • You will be redirected back to TrustRadius.






Accessing your Company Profile

If you work for a software vendor that is currently listed on TrustRadius, or you wish to have your company listed on TrustRadius there are several steps you can take to gain access to your profile.  


  1. I have an existing TrustRadius account AND have access to my company’s profile

    • On TrustRadius, click on Vendor solutions in the header and click Vendor Portal login (or go directly to https://vendor.trustradius.com/)

    • Log in using your existing account credentials (see “How to Log In to Your TrustRadius Account” above)

    • If you have access to your company’s profile, you will be logged into the Vendor Portal

  2. I have an existing TrustRadius account BUT do not have access to my company’s profile

    • On TrustRadius, click on Vendor solutions in the header and click Vendor Portal login (or go directly to https://vendor.trustradius.com/)

    • Log in using your existing account credentials (see “How to Log In to Your TrustRadius Account” above)

    • If you do not have access to your company’s profile, you will see a screen directing you to request access. Click Claim your profile:

  • You will be directed to the Request Access form. You can request access to 1) an existing company profile, or 2) to set up a new company on TrustRadius.

  • Submit your access request. 

  • Your request will be reviewed by the TrustRadius team, and once reviewed you will receive an approval or rejection email. 


  1. I do not have a TrustRadius account and want to access my company’s profile

    • On TrustRadius, click on Vendor solutions in the header and click Vendor Portal login (or go directly to https://vendor.trustradius.com/)

    • Ensure you are using the Sign Up tab and enter your information (see “How to Register on TrustRadius” above)

    • Once you have created your account, follow the instructions in “I have an existing TrustRadius account BUT do not have access to my company’s profile”


  1. Inviting colleagues and accepting invites to access my company’s profile 

    • Please see our article about how to invite your colleagues to access your company’s profile and how to accept invites. 




Troubleshooting Common Login Issues

  1. I Can’t Log In – Forgot Password

    • Click on the Log In button in the top-right corner.

    • Click on the Don’t remember your password? link on the login page.

    • Enter your registered business email address and click Send Email.

    • Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

  2. Attempting to Sign Up using a non-business email address

    • If you attempt to Sign Up using a personal email address (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo), you will receive an error stating Please use a valid work email address.

    • Please try signing up using your business email address. 

  3. Attempting to Sign Up, but the email address is already used for an existing account

    • If you are trying to use the Sign Up option with an email address for an existing user account, you will receive an error stating We're sorry, something went wrong when attempting to sign up.

    • Switch to the Log In tab within the modal to log in to your existing account. 

    • If you do not remember your password, follow these steps to reset it:

      1. Click on the Log In button in the top-right corner.

      2. Click on the Don’t remember your password? link on the login page.

      3. Enter your registered business email address and click Send Email.

      4. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions to create a new password.

  4. I Didn’t Receive a Verification or Password Reset Email

    • Please check your spam or junk folder.

    • Ensure you entered the correct business email address.

    • If you still haven’t received it, try resending the email or contact TrustRadius Support at support@trustradius.com.

  5. LinkedIn Login Isn’t Working

    • Ensure you are using the same LinkedIn account you originally signed up with.

    • Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then attempt logging in again.

    • If issues persist, try using a different browser or device.

    • If you are still unable to login, contact TrustRadius Support at support@trustradius.com.

Other helpful troubleshooting tips

  • Ensure that you are not attempting to log in on TrustRadius using a bookmarked link. Go directly to trustradius.com and follow the instructions above to log in. 

  • Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then attempt logging in again.

  • Try logging in in an incognito window in your browser.
