TrustRadius reviewers come to us from a variety of sources including independent invitations by TrustRadius and invitations by TrustRadius on behalf of the vendor – this means the vendor enlisted TrustRadius to invite their customers to write reviews (as part of our vendor offerings). On a TrustRadius-managed vendor campaign, we typically run a 3-touch email campaign with the first email going out on a Tuesday, the second on Friday, and the third on the following Friday. The gift card incentive offered for a published review in the first two emails is $25 and the third is $50.


If review management is included in your subscription package, TrustRadius would need the following information from you in order to run your campaign:

  • A CSV with the contacts’ first names and emails uploaded to your Box folder by Tuesday, 5pm CST (one week in advance of launch date).

  • Context on how you sourced your list. We want to have a representative sample of your customers and discourage cherry-picking reviewers. Random samples create more trust and actually have a more positive impact on your trScore. You can find more information on scoring here:
