When an individual completes a review, they have the option to opt out of their information, including their name and profile photo being used by a vendor. The missing image and details of the reviewer in some cases are a result of this opt in by the reviewer.
This is a separate privacy setting from their information being displayed with their review on the TrustRadius website. You might see their information if you find the review on your product listing but would not see it when automating quotes via the Chrome Extension or TrustQuotes for Web Widget.
In the Chrome Extension a reviewer shows as "Verified Reviewer" instead of the headshot and information that is visible on the review itself.
In the TrustQuotes for Web Widget a reviewer shows as "Authenticated Reviewer" instead of the headshot and information that is visible on the review itself.
