TrustRadius + Snowflake Overview

TrustRadius downstream intent data is available in the Snowflake Data Marketplace. In order to improve data access for TrustRadius customers, Snowflake users can now easily access and query intent data from TrustRadius. Intent datasets are updated on a daily basis, eliminating an ongoing need for your teams to manually access or download data. For marketing teams, sales teams, and data scientists, this means reliable, consistent access to the data they need, while reducing effort and saving time from their teams. What Is Available

  • TrustRadius customers who have purchased intent for their categories and products are able to access this data directly in Snowflake. 
  • A data sample is available on TrustRadius listing on the Snowflake Marketplace.

How to Get Started

The process is straightforward for current TrustRadius customers:

  1. Notify your TrustRadius Customer Success Manager that you would like to access your intent data via Snowflake. 
  2. Provide your Snowflake consumer accounts (names and IDs) to your CSM.
  3. TrustRadius will provision your accounts with access to a private Snowflake Marketplace listing containing your licensed intent data. 
  4. Once the listing is configured and your accounts have access, log in to Snowflake to accept the data share and access your intent data with your designated accounts. 
  5. Start leveraging the data using your standard Snowflake integrations and analytics tools.

  • Marketing Campaign Optimization: With TrustRadius intent data, you can level-up your demand and lead generation efforts by better targeting buyers with personalized marketing campaigns. Using Snowflake’s data-sharing and data exchange features, you can leverage real-time customer signals from your CRM and third-party intent data providers to create precise customer segments for campaign optimization.

Analytics & Insights

  • Behavioral Analysis: Track how potential customers engage with your products and/or category on TrustRadius. TrustRadius’ granular intent signals provide specifics on how accounts are researching you and what information they’re interested in– you’ll know if they’re looking at your pricing, comparing you with competitors, and more. 

  • Customer Segmentation: Combine your TrustRadius intent data with your CRM data to segment customers based on their likelihood to purchase, expand, or churn.  

  • Trend Analysis: Better understand potential and existing customers based on activities taken on TrustRadius to identify trends over time.
