Integration Overview

TrustRadius’ integration with UserEvidence enables you to get more value out of the rich, trusted content in your reviews on TrustRadius. Using the integration you can easily organize your TrustQuotes within the UserEvidence platform and turn them into polished testimonial assets. This integration helps you easily empower your GTM teams with the voice of your customers!

How the Integration Works

After a one-time setup, the integration automatically brings in the TrustQuotes for your products into the UserEvidence platform with no work from you. You can decide which quotes you want to bring over based on criteria such as a minimum star rating or certain start date, or include quotes from reviews from all time. Quotes will be updated on a daily basis, so as you drive more reviews and tag the great quotes from your customers, they will be available in UserEvidence.  


Setting up the Integration

Prerequisites:

  • This integration is available only to paying TrustRadius customers. If you would like to learn more, book a demo with us today!
  • You need to have TrustQuotes tagged from your reviews on TrustRadius. Reach out to your TrustRadius Customer Success Manager for more information and assistance on tagging your reviews.


To set up the integration for TrustQuotes to begin flowing into UserEvidence, reach out to your UserEvidence Customer Success Manager (please copy your TrustRadius Customer Success Manager) and provide the following information: 

  1. TrustRadius API Key (see article: Accessing your TrustRadius API Key)

  2. TrustRadius Product ID(s) (if applicable, if you want to sync TrustQuotes from only specific products; you can find your product IDs in the Settings of the Vendor Portal)

  3. Rating Threshold (if applicable, the minimum rating for reviews to pull quotes from)

  4. Start Date (if applicable, the review publish date to pull quotes from, or select all time)

  5. UserEvidence Tagging Preferences (if applicable, specify any custom tag requests)


Please allow 3-5 business days for the integration to complete and for TrustRadius reviews to appear in your UserEvidence account.
