You can use ZoomInfo filters to create dynamic lists of accounts that are researching your product, your competitors, or your category on TrustRadius. You can also combine TrustRadius intent with other ZoomInfo filters to create more refined lists.

Prerequisites

  1. Log into ZoomInfo.
  2. In SalesOS, click Advanced Search. (If you are not in SalesOS, click the grid icon in the top right corner and click SalesOS.) Make sure “New Search Experience” is toggled on.
  3. In the Filters sidebar, scroll down to “Sales Signals”. Click TrustRadius Buyer Intent.

  4. Define your filter criteria. (Click here for instructions on how to set up your filters to view only accounts that are researching your products, competitors, or categories on TrustRadius):
    1. Activity Date Range - Refine your results to only show accounts that conducted research on TrustRadius within a given date range.
    2. Product Name - Products that visitors on TrustRadius are researching, including both your products AND competitor products.
    3. Product Category - Categories that appear in your TrustRadius intent data. Filtering by a Category includes 1) all accounts researching any products in the category and 2) accounts researching the category itself.
    4. Visitor Action - The specific activity that a visitor engaged in when researching a product or category. We recommend first selecting all Actions to maximize your results; you can narrow filters for Actions to see specific actions/pages engaged with by Accounts.
    5. Content - This is the specific type of content that a visitor engaged with. Content types are listed in descending order based on typical visitor traffic volume. For more information on Content types, please see our intent data glossary
    6. Visitor Location - Refine your results to only show accounts within a given geographical location.
  5. If you’d like, you can further refine your search results by overlaying additional ZoomInfo filters on top of your TrustRadius Buyer Intent filters. For example, you can narrow your results by Job Title, Industry, Revenue, Employee Count, and more.
  6. Once you’ve defined your filters, the right pane will automatically update and show results matching your search criteria. Results are shown in 3 tabs:
    1. Contacts- These are recommended contacts based on the accounts that match your search criteria.
      • Note: The contacts shown in this tab are not necessarily the actual people who conducted research on TrustRadius. Rather, they are decision maker contacts from ZoomInfo’s database that are being recommended based on the accounts researching you on TrustRadius.
    2. Companies - These are accounts that are researching you on TrustRadius and match your search criteria.
    3. Scoops - Scoops are company insights that have been gathered by ZoomInfo from various sources including customer surveys, researchers, and web crawlers. The Scoops tab will only show information related to accounts that match your search criteria.

  7. Once you have an account list, you can take any of the following next steps:
    1. Export - You can export your list and upload it to a CRM platform for actioning.
    2. Save and Subscribe - You can save your search and receive alert notifications whenever new Contacts, Companies and/or Scoops meeting your search criteria are available.
    3. Tag - You can tag your results with a “TrustRadius” tag so you can track which accounts are showing intent on TrustRadius.
    4. Workflows -  You can set up Workflows to trigger specific actions when a Saved Search has been updated. To do this, after creating a Saved Search, click Create Workflow.
      • You can customize your workflow to execute actions based on specific trigger criteria. For example, in the workflow shown below, when a new B2B company with a revenue of >$5mil is added to the Saved Search titled “ACME Cloud Comparisons - 30 days,” ZoomInfo will automatically discover up to 20 C-level contacts from those companies and export them to a CSV file. If you’ve integrated your CRM system with ZoomInfo, you can also set up actions to export new contacts to your CRM, add them to a campaign, and more.

Once you’ve set up your Workflow, be sure to toggle it ON. Click here to learn more about ZoomInfo workflows.
